If you suffer from acne, unwanted hair growth, rosacea, pigmentation spots, age spots, skin tags or blood blisters, there is a chance that your health insurer will (partially) reimburse your treatment. This varies per insurer and per policy.

We do our utmost to inform you as accurately as possible about the reimbursements of your health insurer. If it turns out that something has gone wrong in this, we cannot be held liable.
If you have been resolved to keep your appointment, we ask you to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you want to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, we are forced to charge € 35 per hour.
Please cancel your appointment by calling 015 2133 133. We ignore appointments canceled by email. You then run the risk that we will still charge € 35 per hour.

Beauty points are only credited when you have paid. In the case of payment on account, we ask you to show a statement of account.
Be on time
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform the treatment. You then run the risk that we will charge €35 per hour.
For hygienic reasons, we would like to ask you not to bring pets to Ambiance Beauty.
When we send products to you, you pay the shipping costs of € 6.75.
